Childress County Wind One - 120MW

Childress County Wind One, LLC is a 120MW wind project located in Childress County, Texas in the ERCOT NERC region. The project has 13,000 acres under easement with clean titles comprised of 30 landowners. Interconnection studies are in their final phase with AEP and ERCOT. The project has three transmission lines: ERCOT 69kV and 138kV and SPP 138kV. The project is adjacent to the future TESLA substation.  80 MW is scheduled to be completed by March 2011.
